"Wild West Properties has been the best asset we at Eagles Summit Ranch - Colorado have come across. Bob Joslen has been more than an agent. In fact, he has become an excellent friend through his integrity, fairness, and availability. He has handled our purchases, which are many, and shall continue to be our favorite agent ever. This represents my highest recommendations on behalf of our corporation and me, personally."

"Five years ago, buying a mountain property in Colorado was just an idea. Bob Joslen turned that idea into a reality for us. He's a consummate professional who deeply understands the landscape he lives in and how people use that land and value it. While he loves his home country deeply, he is also very customer focused - a very good listener and was quick to understand what we were looking for - whether it is buying or selling property. I think most people are drawn to the Westcliffe area by the majestic mountains and the wide open spaces, but its the friendly and genuine people that you meet that really convince you that you have made a good choice. Bob is one of those people. He not only helped us buy a place, but also engaged us into a community and made us feel right at home. We're not buying or selling now, but we still get together with Bob whenever we can, just to enjoy his company."

"Shirley and I wanted to express our gratitude for your perseverance in the purchase of our ranch. It took your patience, experience and knowledge of local real-estate transactions to make the purchase go effortlessly. I remember the excitement that we shared with you over the piece of property when we walked it for the first time, we still share that excitement today. Most importantly is the friendship that we have developed and will always cherish the most. Thanks to you and your team, we are able to enjoy our little piece of heaven in Colorado. God Bless."

Royal Gorge Train

The Royal Gorge Canyon located in south-central Colorado has been the focal point of Fremont County Colorado history since prehistoric times. The Ute Indians knew its secrets as did late groups of Spanish Conquistadors. Lt. Zebuion Pike explored the canyon in the winter of 1806 by traveling up the frozen Arkansas River. The county is named for famed explorer, Captain John Fremont, who arrived in 1843. When Canon City was incorporated in 1872, it was already a bustling little town, even if it was only four blocks long.
